The My8tea5 App brings ordering, points and rewards together in one place. Customers can order bubble tea from their phone, collect points and redeem them for vouchers and rewards at participating 8tea5 stores.
Whether you order through the app, at the counter or at one of our self-service kiosks, My8tea5 is designed to make your 8tea5 experience simpler and more connected.
Order your 8tea5 from your phone
With the My8tea5 App, you can browse the menu of participating stores and place an order directly from your phone.
Choose your favourite bubble tea, customize your order and select your pickup location. Your order is then prepared by the store so you can collect it when you arrive.
The app is being introduced gradually across the 8tea5 network, with more locations joining over time.
This is especially convenient when you already know what you want or want to place your order before travelling to the store.
Collect points wherever you order
My8tea5 is not only an ordering app. It also brings our loyalty programme together in one account.
Customers can collect points when making eligible purchases through the app, at the counter and through supported self-service kiosks.
Instead of having separate loyalty experiences depending on how you order, your points are connected to your My8tea5 membership.
Simply identify yourself using your member code when ordering in-store, or order directly through the app.
Turn your points into rewards
Collected points can be exchanged for vouchers and rewards inside the app.
Open My Rewards to see your current points balance and available vouchers.
Depending on the number of points you have collected, you can exchange them for different discount vouchers and use them on future purchases.
The idea is simple: the more you enjoy 8tea5, the more opportunities you have to unlock rewards.
One app for your 8tea5 experience
The launch of the My8tea5 App is part of a broader development of our digital platform.
Over the past years, 8tea5 has continued investing in technology that connects our stores, self-service kiosks, ordering systems and loyalty programme.

The goal is not simply to add another ordering channel. We want to create a more consistent experience for customers across our growing network of stores in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The My8tea5 App is still at the beginning of its development.
More participating stores will gradually become available for mobile ordering, while new rewards, promotions and features will be introduced over time.
